End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and Intelssoft Inc. ("Company"). By downloading, installing, or using our software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

‍1. License GrantThe Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for internal business use. You may install and use the Software on a single device, and make one backup copy.

‍2. Evaluation LicenseIf using the Software for evaluation purposes, your license is limited to 30 days and intended for testing in a non-production environment.

‍3. RestrictionsYou may not distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or modify the Software. You must comply with all applicable laws in your use of the Software.

‍4. SupportSupport is provided to users of commercial versions under separate support agreements.

‍5. Intellectual PropertyAll rights to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, remain the exclusive property of Intelssoft Inc.

‍6. Limitation of LiabilityThe Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Intelssoft Inc. is not liable for indirect damages, including data loss or interruption.

‍7. Governing LawThis Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
