Purpose of Access
This free access is intended solely for non-commercial, internal evaluation and product testing by you or your organization.

Feedback Commitment
In return for free access, you agree to submit a short written review or feedback within
14 calendar days after the trial concludes.
This may include insights into functionality, user experience, value, or suggestions for improvement.

3. Permission to Reference
By submitting feedback, you grant Intelssoft Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use your written review — in full or in part — for marketing and promotional purposes.
Unless otherwise explicitly restricted in writing by you, you further authorize Intelssoft Inc. to reference your name, company, and professional title in association with the feedback, including but not limited to use in:
- marketing collateral
- presentations
- investor materials
- company website
- public testimonials on social media or digital channels.
4. Respect for Privacy and Consent
Intelssoft will never publish confidential details of your organization or proprietary data. If you wish your name or company not to be publicly attributed to the feedback, you must notify us in writing in advance or at the time of submission.
5. No Legal Obligation or Warranty
Participation in the free trial and provision of feedback do not create a legal obligation to purchase, nor do they constitute a service-level agreement, guarantee of results, or future support commitment.
6. Duration and Limits
The trial access will be time-bound and limited in scope. It may be revoked at any time without notice, especially if misused or redistributed.
